Andy is a passionate communicator of God's word. He takes the responsibility of "rightly dividing the word of God" seriously. However, he understands the simple truth that people don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care. He takes time to know and love the people in the community and is always available to talk with a person that has a need.
He was born in Indiana where he was raised and eventually obtained His Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Although his plan was to continue on to law school, God's plan was different. Surrendering to God's plan for pastoral ministry, Andy started seminary at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in 2002. After a student ministry at Maranatha Baptist Church in Farmville, Virginia, Andy was called to pastor Daleville Baptist church in 2004. He served there as the Senior Pastor for 10 Years. Then in 2014 God led him to Onancock Baptist Church.
Andy married his wife Elizabeth in 2003, and they have been blessed with three children: Sarah, Abigail, and Drew.
Dustin joined the staff at Onancock Baptist Church in March of 2022. Prior to coming on staff at Onancock Baptist Church, he worked at Lockheed Martin in the State of Washington. He is also a military veteran, retiring from the Air Force in 2017 after twenty years of service. During his time working at Lockheed Martin, he was able to earn his Bachelor of Science in Religion, majoring in Biblical Studies and Theology through Liberty University, graduating in 2020. While at Lockheed Martin, he attended and served the body of Christ the Rock Community Church in Port Orchard, Washington. During his four years there, he served on the Men's ministry team and the Awana program with the Junior and Senior high grades. It was there that God gave him the desire to pursue full-time ministry.
Dustin married his beautiful bride Laura on July 5th, 2003. God has blessed them with five children: Hannah, Luke, Mary, Ruth, and Michael. He and his wife are also involved in foster care and currently have a three-year old boy, Joseph, that they have had in their home since he was about two months old.
